Terry, If you're reading this. I'm sorry, I just recently heard that Howard had passed away. I wish I could have seen him one more time. I hope you are still doing well and I hope we can see each other again soon. They're is something important I have to give you.

Deepest sympathies to the family of Mr. Harper. He was a one of a kind chemistry teacher and my friends and I will never forget him. 7 years after graduating we still share stories of how fun his chemistry classes were! Always making jokes about his Aztec and funny stories from his university days. Memories we will never forget. I will always appreciate the extra time he took to help me pass his classes. He was a wonderful teacher and being able to have lunch with him a few years ago was such a nice time to catch up. He will be dearly missed but fondly remembered as my, and many other's, favourite chemistry teacher. Rest In Peace, Mr. Harper

I am very grateful for Howard in getting my teaching career started. He always put a good word in for me, and that really helped. He was very loyal to the teachers in the department and would always have our backs when we needed help. Thanks, Howard. I'll miss you.

I'm so shocked to hear of Howard's passing.  I worked with him at E.C Drury and into CKSS.  As a brand new teacher at E.C Drury, Howard was always so generous with his support and encouragement.  His gentle spirit always reassured me and it was always a pleasure seeing him pop into the office to say hi even after he retired.  He was a smart, kind, gentle and loving soul and he will be truly missed.  My heart goes out to his family and loved ones at this impossible time.

Lots of laughs, great parties at your lovely homes and our house too, shenanigans in our math office and always talk about your dogs. He was one of a kind for sure. Howard hired me to work at CK, and I have loved working at the school. While I only got a chance to work with him for a year, I always remember the job interview as the most fun I ever had at an interview. It felt like Howard and the other people really listened and had a good conversation with me. I am grateful for the opportunities he gave me. I remember him having a wonderful retirement party where everyone was emotional. My thoughts and prayers go to Howard and his family.

I am so deeply shocked and saddened by the news of Howard’s passing.  We worked together at E C Drury and CKSS for 15 years and shared a table at our retirement dinner.  We shared many wonderful conversations and laughs over the years and I have him to thank for a memorable March break holiday to Rehoboth Beach.  He was a sweet man with a good heart.  I remember what consummate hosts you were for a gathering of the ECD crowd one year.   How I enjoyed meeting you, Terry, and your dogs and discovering your beautiful property.
