John Jack Jeffrey

Jeffrey, John (Jack)— Entered into his eternal rest at Guelph General Hospital on January 13th, 2013. He will be lovingly remembered by Beatrice (nee Curtis), his wife of 59 ½ years. Loving father of Rick and his wife Gail. Dear grandpa of Christine (Wesley) Gray and Matthew Jeffrey, Michael, Nicole and Mya’s special grandpa. Cherished great-grandpa of Nicholas, Alyssa and Brianna Gray. He leaves behind his sister Betty (David) Craine of Guelph, Leona Staley of Michigan and Eleanor Herron of Cambridge. He was the brother-in-law of Dorothy Breese and Shirley and Verg Fadelli. Predeceased by his parents John and Louise Jeffrey, sister Bev Morrison and brother-in-laws Joe Morrison, John Staley and Danny Breese. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may gather at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, where visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. A Funeral Service will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel, 1320 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Thursday, January 17th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by the family.
