Peter passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital on Monday, December 5, 2022 in his 83rd year. He was the dear husband of Mary Ann LaFontaine for 60 years. Peter was the beloved father of Troy LaFontaine and Tiffany LaFontaine of Guelph. He was the cherished Papa of Chloe. Predeceased by his siblings Barbara, Ronald, Ralph, Marilyn and Paul. Survived by his sisters-in-law Anna Marie, Georgina and Margaret.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
