Mitro, John M. -- Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph, on Friday, February 22, 2013. John M. Mitro, in his 79th year, was the beloved son of the late Emerich (1979),and the late Suzanna (1994) . He was the loving and caring brother of Mary Sisolak of Guelph, Anne Matuch of North Tonowanda, NY, Emerick of Guelph, and Margaret (Maggie) Pavlov of Hamilton. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. John lived a life of music,and was a devoted Christian, and he enjoyed every day of his life to the fullest. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for John will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. .A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Interment, Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
