Joyce passed away July 8, 2022 with her family by her side. She was known as a supporter, friend, very stubborn and fiercely independent. She was the loving wife of John McLeod. She will be dearly missed by her daughters Cobi Cloutier (Dan) and Jeni Cowan, granchildren Malcolm Cowan and Emma Cloutier. Joyce was predeceased by her parents Robert and Margaret and brothers Richard and Drew. She is survived by her brother Johnny Rankin and sister Maggie Bard (Brian). She will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Joyce will be remembered for her love of cats, her children and grandchildren. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hope House would be appreciated by the family. Donations can be made online or at the funeral home by cheque or cash.
