Klein, Dr. Katherine Anne-- Peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, August 12th, 2011 in her 41st year. Beloved wife of Mark Robert Berkovitz. Loving mother of Laura and Adam. Cherished daughter of Dorothy and the late Stephen Klein.Wonderful daughter-in-law of Ignati and Eva Berkovitz. Endearing sister of Anita Klein and her husband Kevin Gillan. She will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jed Berkovitz and Sivvy Kastner respectively. She will also be missed by her nieces Mackenzie, Maclaine, Jade and Hunter as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. A special thank you to Dr. Eitan Amir and his staff as well as the Palliative Care Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital for their excellent guidance and care. Family and friends may gather at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph on Sunday, August 14th, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. A Family Vigil will take place Sunday 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 15th at St. Joseph's Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Guelph, at 10 a.m. Interment Marymount Cemetery.
