Passed away at Hospice Wellington on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the age of 31. Beloved wife of Lincoln Seager, loving mother of Nolan Swartz, and Samantha and Bailey Seager. Cherished daughter of Catherine Swartz, Joseph Swartz and James Shore and daughter-in-law of Rebecca Lang. Dear sister of Joey Swartz. Sadly missed by uncle Clayton Booth and other relatives. Katrina is now with her precious baby Chase.
