Peacefully passed away in her 53rd year, at Hospice Wellington, on October 30, 2014. Beloved wife of Mike Neisen. Loving and adoring mother of Hillary, Allison and Olivia, and step-mother to Ryan, Kara-lee and Jenna. Proud nana of Logan. Greatly loved and sadly missed by her mother Grace and predeceased by her father Leslie Graham. She will be missed by her sisters Lesley (Bill) and Valerie (Tom), and their children, Joshua, Andrea, Elizabeth and Emily. Lillian will always be remembered by her many friends and family members. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph (519-821-5077) on Tuesday, November 4 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel, following visitation, at 2:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated by the family.
