Mary Doris Reinhart Foster

We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Mary, in her 92nd year. Peacefully with family by her side at the Guelph General Hospital. Reunited at last with her husband Doug (1971). Cherished mom and best friend to Gary, Brenda and Jo-Ann. Gramma Foster to Terri-lyn and Dale (Jennings) and Jennifer Foster. Great “Gramma Foster” to her pride and joy Lucas and Riley-Jay Foster. Mary was the last and youngest of nine children to Jake and Ida Reinhart and will be missed by her sister-in-law Pearl Reinhart. Mom was extremely grateful to remain close with all her nieces and nephews on both sides of her family. Mom will be especially missed by Arlene and Ray Bullas and longtime neighbour and dear friend Max Bolton. Special thanks to Lisa Currie for years of “Dos” and friendship. Also to Sylvia Bendo who quickly became a friend and was her angel daily. There was no one stronger, kinder and more helpful, Mom’s home was always a place for friends and family to gather. We will miss our amazing mother. Cremation has taken place. At mom’s request, there will be no visitation. However, there will be a memorial mass at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Road, Guelph at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.
