Mary Volpe

Volpe, Mary: Passed peacefully at the age of 86, with her family by her side, on Friday, December 23, 2011. Mary was predeceased by her husbands Frank Belcastro (1974) and Settimio Volpe (1984). She is the beloved mother of Angelo Belcastro (Wendy) of Burlington, ON, Filomena Ventresca (Gino) of Welland ON, and Robert Volpe (Jo-Anne) of Erin Mills, ON. Cherished grandmother of Sara, Trish, Nina, Gloria, Rita and Thomas and great-grandmother of 13. Mary is survived by her brothers and sisters; Jacqueline, Anthony, Eleanor, George and Lynda and pre-deceased by brother Jimmy. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd., Guelph on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 10 a.m. with interment at Marymount Cemetery.
