Spence, Patricia Joan: Peacefully passed away at her home on Sunday, July 4th, 2010, in her 77th year. Pat J. (nee Couling) Spence, R.N., beloved wife of Al Spence. Dear mother of Kathryn and her husband Rick Ostell of Waterloo, Fred and his wife Christiane of Ottawa, Donna and her husband Don Robinson of New Brunswick. Loved grandmother of Derek, Geoff, Sarah, Ashleigh, Andrew, Ryan (Jen) and Tyler. Dear sister of Robert Couling of Guelph. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Tuesday, July 6th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 7th, at the Hart Chapel at 2 p.m . Cremation will follow.
