Pearl Brown

Brown, Pearl Emelia -- Peacefully with her family by her side at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph on Sunday, March 28, 2010. Pearl E. (Reist) Brown, in her 91st year, was the beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Brown (2000). She was the dear mother of James and his wife Joanne Of Dryden, Susan of California, Annette and her husband Morris Twist of Guelph, and Thomas and his wife Diane of London. Pearl was the loved grandmother of seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. The family wish to thank the caregivers in the Palliative Care Unit at St. Joseph's Health Centre and to Dr. William Ruddock. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeal Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 525 Ivings Dr., Port Elgin on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment Walkerton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Faith Lutheran Church or to The Palliative Care Unit, St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
