Mead, Pearl Sheila - Passed away with her family by her side at the St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Pearl Sheila (Sutton) Mead, in her 75th year, was the beloved wife of Art Mead of Guelph. She was the loving mother of Jill and her husband Steve Robinson of Greensville, and Peter and his wife Christine of Woodbridge. Pearl was the proud Nana of Brad, Chelsea, Alyssa, Ryan, Mitch, Lindsey, Austin, and Alexis. She was the dear sister of Joan Wallington, and Barry Sutton, both of the U.K. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where the family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at 11 a.m. with The Rev. Jeff Davison Officiating. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
