De Stefano, Salvatore “Sam” Passed away peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, September 15, 2015. Sam was the loving husband of Angela. Beloved father of Scott and Jacqui and Tania and Chris. Devoted grandfather of Jordan, Kelsey, Drew, Tori, Gillian, Tristan and Cody. He was the cherished brother of Stella (the late Ralph) Tassone, Biagio (Angela), Carmela (Angelo) Furfaro, and Frank (Darlene) and brother in law of Orlando (Carol) Di Domenico. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 409 Paisley Rd., Monday, September 21 at 11:00 a.m. with interment at Marymount Cemetery.
