Warden, Helen A. - Suddenly on Wednesday, February 16, 2010 at Stone Lodge in Guelph, Helen Warden formerly of London, in her 77th year. Beloved foster mother of Connie and her husband Tony Ferguson. Dear Grandmother of Amanda, and Great Grandmother (Gi-Gi) of Sierra and Wyatt. Dearly loved sister of Ross of Scarborough, Ken (Lil) of London, and Ron (Peg) of Parry Sound, Shirley (Bob) Elliott, Clinton and Sharon Tucker, Edmonton. Predeceased by parents Charles and Juliaetta (Hunter) Warden; siblings Stewart, Harold (Sunny), Donald, and Junie; sisters-in-law Verna and Agnes. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Helen Spent 41 years in the loyal service of the government and people of Canada (Veterans' Affairs). Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph, on Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 11-1 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
