Charlotte L. James On April 1, 1956, God blessed us all by sending one of his angels, Charlotte James, nee Lockhart, 57, beloved wife of Michael, loving and devoted mother of Brandon James (Melissa) and Shelby James. Dear sister of Glenda and two late brothers and a sister. Charlotte was dearly loved by many nieces and nephews and was always a trusting and caring friend to anyone who needed one. "She will be sorely missed by all that knew her and she will live in our hearts forever until we meet again." Services will be Monday, July 15th at Gurnee Community Church, 4555 Old Grand Ave. Gurnee, Illinois.
