He was born Dec. 2, 1951, in Evanston.
Patrick was a longtime Medline Industries Employee. He was a friend and confidant to many.
He was the son of Francis and Edla "Dolly" Conley Sr.; brother of Frank Conley, Linda (Bob Mennes) Conley and Gary (Lynda) Conley; loving companion of Sandy Johnson; beloved uncle of Matthew (Jessica) Conley, Christina Conley, Elizabeth Conley, Deborah Conley, Brianna Conley, Jenny Reed, Gary Lynn Conley, Tina Hudson and Amy Hiley; and great uncle of Holden and Henry.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy (Al) Scott.
The visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, and from 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, to 11 a.m. with the funeral following at 11 a.m. at Marsh Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Northshore Garden of Memories in North Chicago.
