

Philip J. McCue, 60, of Park City, IL passed away on April 3, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with liver cancer/liver transplant surrounded by his family. He was born on September 20, 1952 to Francis and Eunice in Waukegan, IL. Philip graduated from Round Lake High School. He had a passion for hunting and fishing and loved camping with his family. He was a do it yourself kind of guy, handyman always busy. Philip was a dedicated father and husband and a true family man. He retired from Local 1035 and belonged to the Conservation Club of Kenosha County. Philip is survived by his wife Marilyn (nee Jablonski), son Philip Jr “Bud”, daughter Riley Nicole “peanut” and his hunting dog Duffy; brother, Tom (Jean) McCue; sister Kathleen Mahoney; brother-in-law William Edgecomb; father-in-law Richard Jablonski and mother-in-law Darlene (Marc) Bialec; sister-in-laws Marlene Leonard and Renee (Greg) Besler; and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews very dear to his heart whom he loved very much. And many close friends and neighbors. He will be missed very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Judy; niece April Dawn Janssen and nephew Kevin Richard Leonard.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2013 from 4 to 8pm and Monday from 10 to 11am with a funeral service at 11am at Marsh Funeral Home. Interment at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the McCue family for Philip and Riley’s education fund.
