William D. Moser passed away on July 1, 2015 at Vista East Medical Center in Waukegan. He was born on June 1, 1959 to Helen and Donald Moser. Bill is survived by his loving mother, Helen L. Moser and his brother David Moser. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 12pm at Northshore Garden of Memories Cemetery in North Chicago, Illinois.
