A true 'mensch' who will be missed by all who knew him, but will live forever with the residents of Four Seasons through the plaque in the Club House.

Dear cousins Hannah, Barry, Robbie, Nancy and grandchildren - I watched the service today, and was deeply moved by the unity, devotion and strength of your family for a very special man. We have not seen each other for a long time but I certainly have fond memories of ouf get togethers in the Catskills and elsewhere in my youth. Hope we can renew contact soon. In the meantime, may Artie's memory continue to be a blessing and inspiration for all of you.  Ricky

Dear Hannah, Rob, Barry, and Nancy,
I watched today and listened to all the beautiful things everyone who spoke had to say. As I listened, I found myself just nodding and agreeing with everything everyone was saying. It was all so  beautiful, and every kind word spoken was so very true. For 22 years your father has been a constant source of kindness, and comfort to me. To find that in someone who is just supposed to be your landlord, is a very rare thing.  In all the years I’ve been in business, I’ve had some hard times, scary times, and some great times. Through everything, the good, and the bad, I would always think “I have to go talk to Art”, or “oh wow I can’t wait to go tell Art that story he’s gonna love it “ or sometimes just when I needed advice from someone who I knew was a genuine, loving person I would just call him to talk. He was always such a calming, inspiring, and encouraging factor in my life. When I doubted myself, he would tell me stories about his early days in business for himself, and I’d go from crying to laughing in just a few minutes ❤️.  Im going to miss those stories. I’m so heartbroken for you all , as I know what a tremendous loss this is for your family. Please know that your father was very loved, it’s important for you know what an impact he had in so many lives. I am going to miss him terribly, he has been a constant in my life since I was a 34 year old single mom, who walked into his office one day and said ,” Hey Art, do you think I’m crazy to do this?” He smiled that gentle smile and he said “ Come, sit, let’s talk “ I left there that day feeling like I could do anything ❤️… your dad did that for me…I am heartbroken at his passing. I thank him for sharing his knowledge, his compassion, and time, with me. I am forever grateful for knowing him. May he rest peacefully.

Dear family,

After knowing and working for  Mr. Price for over 20 years, I only have great thing so say about him. I can not find the words to discribe the great privilege I had to get to know him in a personal level. I will never forget the long conversations we had at his office about life, work, politics, current events and more. If I had to describe him in a few words, I would say Love,  integrity and kindness would be appropiate.

I want to send my condocenses to his beloved wife Hannah Price, his sons Barry and Rob and his only doughter Nancy.  We will keep you in our prayes .

Dear Nancy,

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved father. I remember seeing him and your beautiful mom at shows, bar mitzvahs and other special events.
