Beloved husband of Bernadette Dailey Mehr, devoted father of Budd Mehr of Fair Lawn, NJ, Rod Mehr of Teaneck, NJ and stepfather of Cynthia Slamiak and her husband, Richard of Mahwah, NJ, beloved brother of Gerald Mehr of New York City, Blanche Freidner of Lodi, NJ and the late Lillian Diamond. loving son in law of Evelyn Dailey. Also survived by his faithful canine companion "Shayne".
Visitation at Gutterman and Musicant, 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ from 4PM to 8PM on Friday, October 4, 2013 with a funeral service beginning at 4:30PM.
Interment service will be at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus on Saturday, October 5th at 11:30AM
Bernard was a veteran of WW II in the US Army. He was a manager of Patclin Chemical of Yonkers, NY for over 25 years and he served as an employee of Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors for more than 17 years.
