Thinking of Eva today, on what would have been her 99th birthday. I only recently learned that she passed away in May, and I’m so sorry I wasn’t aware at the time - I would have wanted to be there to share my condolences with Miriam, Carol, and Susan.

Although I don’t have your contact information, I wanted to reach out to let you know how special your mother was to me. After I left Greenbriar, Eva and I stayed in touch for many years. She spoke of her family with such love and pride, and that warmth stayed with me.

She is deeply missed by all who knew her. I hope you are able to spend time together remembering the many good moments you shared with her, and with Alex, and finding comfort in those memories.
