SAKS, MARILYN . (nee Berman), 89, of River Vale, formerly of Hillsdale. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Harold l. Saks Devoted mother of William Saks and Jane Saks Cherished mother in law of Tina. Loving grandmother of Christian, Peter and Anna.
In her late twenty’s Marilyn volunteered in the library at Sloan- Kettering. She was a member of Pascack Valley League of Women Voters for forty years and served as President for two of those years.
She volunteered with FA for twenty- two years. Marilyn was a board member of Friends of the River Vale Library for ten years and during that time chaired the Book Discussion Group for six years and for two years she was Board member of Temple Beth Or.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday January 10, 2016 2PM at Gutterman and Musicant 402 Park ST Hackensack, NJ Contributions may be made to your local food bank .
