Born on August 21, 1927 in Fleischmans, NY, Roslyn lived a life defined by kindness and
devotion to family. She was known for her generosity and artistic ability to make the world a
more beautiful place. She leaves behind a legacy of artistic beauty and family and friends
whose lives were bettered by her love and kindness.
Roslyn is survived by her daughter Ronnie Siegel and husband Peter Siegel; her daughter-inlaw
Fran Swire; her grandchildren Gabriel Swire and wife Diane Swire, Danielle Zambelli and
husband Jonathan Zambelli, and Alexander Siegel and wife Heather Lee; and great
grandchildren Ashton and Rylan Swire, Avery and Lea Zambelli, and Ari Siegel. She was
preceded in death by her husband Irving Swire and son Michael Swire.
A funeral service will be held on January 4, 2026 at 9:30am at Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors at 402 Park Street Hackensack, New Jersey 07601.
The committal service will follow at burial at Mt. Lebanon
Cemetery in Glendale, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Memorial Sloan
Kettering Cancer Center in Roslyn’s memory.
