Cyril was employed by the Nova Scotia Light & Power for 41 years. He was a dedicated and responsible family man.
Always a lover of the country and nature, he was happiest at the camp he built in Country Harbour. He enjoyed hunting, strolling on his property and meeting his old friends.

After his son’s death, he worked tirelessly for justice and aided in passing Bill 22 which ensured the proper training of bar staff.
