It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our brother David at the age of 57. Born in Halifax, David was the son of Maurice and Gladys.
David was previously employed as a cross guard for the Halifax Regional Municipality and was a huge music lover and enjoyed watching sports.
David will be remembered for his kindness and good heart.
David is survived by his sisters Rosanne, Kathy and brother Philip. Nephew Noel Drummond (Megan) and niece Amy Hickey as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friend Cindy Ross. David was predeceased by his mom Gladys and Uncle Morley Bentley.
A private viewing will be held on Thursday Sept. 21, 2023 at 12pm, public viewing to follow 12:30pm-1:00pm, with funeral service at 1pm. All will take place in Cruikshank’s Halifax Funeral Home 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax, NS. Private family burial to immediately follow service.
