He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rosalee MacLeod along with his sister, Cathy of Ontario and brother, Mike also of Ontario.
Frank worked for the City of Halifax, Needham Community Center as well as at Fairview Lawn Cemetery. He was a lover of gardening.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations in memory of Frank may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
