The final chapter of her life was spent at Parkland at the Gardens, first in her own apartment and then on the Assisted Living floor. She was very happy living there and enjoyed making new friends, attending many events, and chatting with her neighbours and staff in the lounge area outside her room.
In July she celebrated her 100th birthday with cards, cake, flowers and family.
