Age 58, passed away suddenly in the QEII Hospital on November 14, 2016. Born in Africville on February 17, 1958, he was a son of the late Daniel (Poole) and Dorothy (Boutilier) Izzard.
Terry worked on ships as a cook in his earlier years. He then had a long career in janitorial and maintenance work. He enjoyed cooking, watching sports and hanging out with friends. He was a kind and gentle soul, always willing to give a helping hand when needed. He will be sadly and greatly missed.
Surviving are siblings Phillip, Ian (Carol), Shawn (Coreen), Mark, Malcolm, Marty, Wendy, Kimmy, Daniella, Selina, Judy and Susan; godson Johnelle, best friend Chriselle; aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by siblings Dean and Joanne.
Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 on Sunday November 20 ,2016, funeral service 3 pm Monday November 21,2016 both in Cruikshanks Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St, Halifax. Dr. Rhonda Y. Britton officiating .
