He is survived by a sister, Anne Fraser, Victoria, B.C.; and brothers, David (Robin), Toronto; George (Kate), Halifax. He is fondly remembered by his eight nieces and nephews, and nine great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his father, A. Gordon Archibald; and brother-in-law, Murray Fraser. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cruikshank's Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street.
A service to honour Bill's memory will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Cruikshank's Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Connections Clubhouse, 1221 Barrington Street, Halifax. NS. To view or place an online message of condolence please visit www.cruikshankhalifaxfuneralhome.com
