Allan Scott Blevens, age 66 of Fairfield, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021. He was born on September 1, 1955 in Hamilton, the son of Allan Roger Blevens and Barbara Rose (Benzing) Blevens. Allan was a U.S. Army Veteran and was working with the Athletic Department for Fairfield City Schools. He is survived by his wife, Tonya Blevens; children, Ryan (Maria Guzman) Blevens, Scottie (Cindy) Blevens; his mother Barbara Blevens; grandchildren, Lilly, Ashlin, Sebastian and Christian Blevens; step-children, Tausha Gray, Trisha Boggess and Torre Clements; step-grandson, Trevor Beckwith; sister, Kathy (Rock) Rutherford and niece Nicole Webb. He was preceded in death his father and sister, Lisa Blevens. Graveside services will be held at 3pm on Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Rose Hill Mausoleum.
