Bessie Simpson, 89, of Hamilton, passed away Monday, May 16. She was preceded by her husband, Curtis Simpson and daughter, Patricia Simpson Jones. Bessie is survived by her sons, Wayne (Beverly) Simpson, Tyrone (Deborah) Simpson and Sam (Mary) Simpson; grandchildren, Matt, Danielle, Tammy, Colt, Cindy, Codi, Andrea, Jamey, Michael, Adam, Ryan and Alexis; 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Walt Rowlette and sisters, Gladys Rowlette and Ruby Graham. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd, Hamilton on Wednesday, May 18 from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 19 at 9am. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton.
