Betty Lou Shaw, 93, of Hamilton, passed away on March 19, 2018 at Hospice of Hamilton. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Eaton Road Church of God, 2000 Eaton Road, Hamilton, OH 45013. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church with Dr. Dale French officiating. Betty was born in Preble County to Gertrude and Joseph Welsh on April 28, 1924. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1942. Betty married Earl “Bud” Shaw and had two children, Linda and Silas. She worked in Human Resources for Champion Paper for over 35 years. Family meant everything to Betty. She was actively involved in her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives. She lived a life of love and will be remembered that way by all who knew her. Betty is survived by her children, Linda Shaw Doss and Silas William; her grandchildren, Joy Shaw Marino, Christy Shaw Carr and David Shaw; and her great-grandchildren, Bella, Anna, Sebastian and John Luke (Marino); and Emma, David and Jason (Carr).
