Bruce Allen Phelps

Bruce Allen Phelps, age 55 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at his residence. He was born on January 9, 1965 in Cincinnati, the son of Laura “Diane” (Phelps) Salyers and the late Carroll Salyers. Bruce and his wife, Lisa (Ashcraft) Phelps, shared 32 years of their lives together. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Bruce is survived by his wife, Lisa; mother, Diane; grandmother, Helen Phelps; children, Joshua Allen Phelps, Kyle Anderson Dwain Phelps, and Stephanie Ann Phelps; siblings Terry (Terri Ann) Salyers and Renee (David) Stayton; and numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws. He was preceded in death by his father, Carroll; and grandfather, Orville Phelps. Visitation will be held from 11am until 12pm on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will be held at 12pm on Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Patrick Bujak officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.
