

Murdock, Craig Alan, age 65, of Fairfield Township, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025. He was born in Newport Beach, California, on August 22, 1959, to Arlie Murdock and Peggy Harvill. Craig was employed as a machinist in various capacities for almost 40 years. Family and friends knew him as “Trigger” and will remember him as being a master storyteller, never knowing a stranger, loving football, golf, baseball, and an avid fan of racing. He was a former resident of Montpelier, Indiana, and a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 156, where he made many friendships and shared many stories.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Ronald Murdock, and his lovable fur babies, “Princess” and “Mulligan”.
Craig is survived by his wife, Linda Murdock; son, Alan Murdock; daughters, Wendy Murdock, Nicole (Tank) Pfleeger, and Lisa Black; sister, Terry Thompson; grandchildren, Kaylee “Bug” Murdock, Jared “Boo” Tank, Anthony “Rocket” Starr, and Elisabeth “Too” Starr. A host of other family and friends will also miss him dearly.
The family will schedule a Celebration of Life in the future.
