David H. Leahy, 64, of Cincinnati, passed away Friday, October 23. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jennifer Leahy; daughter, Melissa Leahy; sons, Jeffery (Amanda) Brickler and Scott (Kim) Brickler; grandchildren, Benjamin and Avery; sister, Genevieve Gruber and a host of nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Whitaker. He was stationed in Germany for a number of years while serving in the United States Air Force. David was employed by CSX for 42 years and was an avid fan of NASCAR. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio on Friday, October 30 from 12 pm until 2 pm with funeral services commencing at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in David's memory be made to the American Lung Association.
