Age 80 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday September 16, 2013 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born on June 25, 1933 in Gray Hawk, Kentucky the son of the late Dee and Ella (Isaacs) Banks. Donald was a Army Veteran and retired as Equipment Superintendent State of Ohio Highway Department Division 8. He is survived by his wife, Eileen (Smith) Banks; seven brothers and sisters, Betty (Gary) Sanders, Denver (Loretta) Banks, Deana (Glenn) Noah, Danny (Linda) Banks, David (Mata) Banks, Drucilla Sizemore and Leona (Glenn) Byrd; special brother-in-law Charles (Ann) Smith; and 17 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday September 18, 2013 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Hamilton, Ohio from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday September 20, 2013 at Lakes Funeral Home, 1181 Main Street South McKee, Kentucky 40447, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Shane Gabbard officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Family Bank Cemetery in Jackson County, Kentucky.
