Obituary
Donald R. Sawyer, age 77 of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at his residence. He was born on March 7, 1937 in Hamilton, the son of the late Reuben and Grace (Winkler) Sawyer. Donald was a graduate of Hamilton High School and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Hamilton. While still living in Hamilton, he worked at Albers, then moved onto District Manager at Safeway Supermarkets in CA. Donald is survived by his sister, Gladys Smith; nieces and nephews, Mark, Jeff, Dianna, Miriam, Bonnie and Tommy; 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; and 13 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Marilyn Blaechle.
