

Eloise Fowler, age 88, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025. She was born in Irvine, Kentucky on March 13, 1937, to the union of Everette Scrivner and Cecil Broaddus. She was employed at Ohio Casualty and performed many duties to make sure that operations ran smoothly. In her free time, Eloise enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading, and rooting for her favorite basketball team, the U.K. Wildcats.
Eloise had a deep spiritual faith and attended church regularly. She was a pianist for her church and really loved the old hymns. She shared her beliefs with her family and friends, and they too, joined her in worship and love of music. Her family was everything to her, and her legacy will move forward in sharing stories and precious memories.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby J, Fowler; her sons, James Kevin Fowler, and Dennis Freind Fowler; her bothers, Harold, Wayne, Morris, and David; her sisters, Juanita, and Rhea.
Eloise leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Stephen Wayne (Maggie); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Kristin, Adam (Ashley), Miranda (Mike), and Benjamin; her great-grandchildren, Jacob, Eddie, Olivia, Leland, Emma Eloise, A.J., Bella, Silas, Addison, Brody, Colton, and Holly, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, Ohio 45011, beginning at 10:00am, followed by the funeral service, beginning at 11:00am. Pastor Scott Swelbar, officiating.
