He is survived by his wife, Ruth (Miller) Grimes; children, Janet (Nelson) Weichold, Robert (Debbie) Grimes and Ron (Shirley) Grimes; daughter in law, Diane Grimes; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Thomas Grimes.
Visitation will be 11am until time of Fraternal Order of Police service (12:45pm), followed by funeral service on Friday, June 24, at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave at South "D" St. Hamilton, Ohio.
