Iris Smith

SMITH, Iris Suzette “Suzi”, age 62, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022. She was born in Springfield Township, Ohio on October 14, 1959 to Odie and Dorothy Smith. Suzi loved her family and friends, her animals, being outdoors, and being unique.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerod Finkes; and brother in law, Jay Sommer.

Suzi is survived by daughters, Christina Givens (Daniel), Angela Finkes (Nick Marshall) and daughter in law, Amberlee Finkes; sisters, Peggy Parker (Alan), Brenda Sommer, June Chatman (Bob), Joyce Tolliver, Gail Lim (Bob); grandchildren, Rebecca, Kiara, Kylee, Trinity, Eva, Gwynedd, Ethan, Eden and Fianna; and many nieces and nephews. She will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 from 3:00 pm until the Celebration of Life Service time of 4:00 pm. All friends and family are encouraged to share stories and memories of Suzi during the Celebration of Life Service to celebrate the wonderful life she lived.
