

Pignone Jr., James John, age 77, of Fairfield Township, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025. He was born in West Carthage, New York on July 7, 1947, to James John Pignone Sr. and Ida Newton. James served in both The U.S. Navy and The Army National Guard, earning several medals of achievement. He was known as the “funniest guy ever” and would do any and everything for his family. James was a car enthusiast and loved his “Snow White” corvette, calling it his pride and joy. He was an industrious worker and when he had free time, participated in his local neighborhood watch. He was an avid cook, who called his food “gourmet”.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patricia Grove, and brother-in law, Larry Campbell.
James is survived by his wife, Charlene; daughters, Jamie Collins (John Strubbe), and Rachel Bronner (Rodney); sisters, Karen Palladino (Lewis), and Annette Campbell; grandchildren Morgan Gray (Tanner), Jesse Bonney, Bradly Bronner (Amber Russell), and Parker Bronner; great- grandchildren, Emery and Noah.

Visitation will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, Ohio, 45011 on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 11:00am until time of services beginning at 12:00pm. Pastor Dude Evans, officiating.
