Janet Ann Baker, 84, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, April 2, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Baker, in June, 2012, as well as her sister, Jewel Wynn Adams. Janet is survived by her daughters, Sharon Hensley and Sandra (Jack) Hollenberg; granddaughter, Sarah Hollenberg and brother, William (Edna Mae) Wynn. She retired as an Executive Assistant from Champion International Corporation in 1993. Janet was a lifelong member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Hamilton. The family would like to thank the devoted healthcare professionals and caregivers who so lovingly assisted her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Ave, Hamilton, on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 10am. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton. The family requests that contributions in Janet's memory be made to St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church or Heartland Hospice.
