Age 70 of Fairfield Twp., passed away suddenly on December 9, 2017 due to an automobile accident. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 23, 1947, the son of the late Anthony Vincent McMurray and Helen Walker. Jeffrey attended Wilmington College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He worked as a clerk for the Post Office in Middletown. Jeffrey was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a proud U.S. Marine serving in Vietnam during the epic battle of Khe Sanh. He is survived by his wife Vanessa McMurray; son Jeffrey H. McMurray, Jr.; two daughters, Omi Ann Holley and Diane (Milt) Gray; grandchildren Brittany, David, Brandon, Justin, Kevin, Allison, Lindsey, and Heather; siblings Chris McMurray and Tim McMurray. He was also preceded in death by his two siblings, Tony and Mike McMurray. Visitation will be held from 8:30am until 10:30am on Saturday December 16, 2017 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Services will follow at 10:30am with Bishop Jeremy Evans officiating. Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.
