Age 81 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton on December 31, 1934, the son of the late William and Talitha (Wells) Freeman. John was a United States Air Force Veteran, having served in England, where he had met his future wife. He was a life member of AmVets Post #1983 and was owner of Freeman Electronics in Cincinnati for over 30 years. John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Wendy (Fox) Freeman; two daughters, Sharon (Frank) Cella and Heather (James) Setters; grandchildren, Justin (Stephanie) Reece, Alison (Brian) Mather, Malorie (Adam) Ridout, Nick Setters, Ashley Setters and Andrew Cella; great grandchildren, Aiden, Kyrstin, Harrison, Kendyll, Shay, Destiny, Kayla and Tristan. He was also preceded in death by his son, Alan David Freeman on May 30, 2015. Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
