John David Morris, age 80, of Fairfield Township, passed away on April 7, 2026, at UC Hospital of West Chester. Born November 9, 1945, in Cincinnati, John was the son of the late George Morris and Hermoine (Brannen) Morris. He was a retired electrician and a member of IBEW Local 212. He also honorably served his country as a United States Navy veteran. John was preceded in death by his spouses, Donna Jane (Perazzo) Morris and Mary Carole (Schneider) Morris; granddaughter Elia Evans; his sister, Marsha Yates; and his brother, Donald Morris. He is survived by his children, Beth (Steve) Ludwig, Megan (Shad) Evans, and Robyn (Eric) Haycook. He was a loving grandfather to Stephen (Mary) Ludwig, Brittany (Jon) DeLotell, AJ (Megan Schrier) Ludwig, Kenzie Ludwig, Olivia (Luke) Jenkins, Isalena Evans, Nora, Kaela, Camryn, and Josie Haycook, and a cherished great-grandfather to JP, Beckett, Winston, and Damian. He was also loved by many nieces, nephews and great friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Matthew Montag officiating. Interment will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
