DAY, Larry Wayne, 64, of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, September 8. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nannie Evonda Retherford-Day. Larry is survived by his daughter, Susan (Mark) Foley; son, Bobby (Connie) Day; grandchildren, April (Luke) Williams, William (Carly) Rider; great-grandchildren, Leah and Emma Williams and Ruby Rider; sister, Janet (Jack) Hogland; brothers Bill Day, and Tony (Marlene) Day; sister-in-law Mary Day; very dear friend, Carmen Hoop-Sharp and "Little Monkey", as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17 at 1 pm at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, with the Rev. Damon Retherford officiating.
Interment will immediately follow the service. Arrangements entrusted to Ivey Funeral Home, Hamilton.
