Mary Carolyn Blair 97 0f Hamilton, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 17 with her family at her side. Mary was born August 15, 1927 in Cincinnati to the late Clifford George and Helen Rose (Zins) Obermeyer, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Granville C. Blair Jr. in January of this year and her son Stephen Arnold.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory, son Roy (Jamie) Blair, daughters Jackie Ellis, Jennifer (Mark) Allen, Susan Davis, Patricia (Joseph) Divajk; numerous grand and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Helen Whalen, Millie Keyser, Clifford Obermeyer and Betty Kamm.
Mary was an executive secretary but most of all was a loving wife, mom, grand and great-grandma. She enjoyed cooking, reading, knitting, sports, especially the Red’s. She had a good sense of humor and loved life.
Mary’s family will receive friends at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Tuesday, June 24 starting at 10:00 am, followed by a service at 11:00 am.
