Mary was a great woman. I had her for years from 1993-1997. I took many of her classes. Still have a gift of a pin that she gave me for being a teachers aid for her. She was and great teacher and person. She will be missed.

Mr. Watson was one of those teachers who cared a great deal about his students. I was lucky enough to be his student and also attend the same church with him and Mary Jo. I met her on many occasions as Mr. Watson and I bumped into each other on Sundays. I admit I was not very well acquainted with Mary Jo, but if Mr. Watson shared such a long and deep love with her she must have been a magnificent woman. Mr. Watson I am so sorry for the loss to you and your family. My prayers go out to you in this time of sorrow. May God bless you and provide you with comfort in this time.

What fun we had in band and woodwind quintet. And some overnights as well.

Thinking of your gentle smile and kind, caring manner.
Sorry I will not be able to attend.

Blessings to all.

I met the Watsons back when they would come to Friendly restaurant on Main Street back in the 80s. They were such a nice couple. Always had a kind word and smiles. My prayers of comfort to Travis and those who loved her.

There are many wonderful memories of Mary Jo & Travis teaching a Sunday School at the First United Presbyterian Church. I loved their commitment & compassion to us teens in sharing God’s word. ❤️
