Mary Ann Sapp, age 87 of Hamilton, was called to her Heavenly home on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Harrison, Ohio on August 12, 1926 the daughter of Mansfield and Mary (Brown) Koger. Mary Ann was employed at Federal Home Loan Bank in Cincinnati for many years. On June 27, 1981 in Hamilton she married Bert Sapp. Mary Ann was a member of Redeemer Church and Washington Chapter #195 of Eastern Star where she served 3 years as Esther Chair. She is survived by her husband, Bert Sapp; daughter, Dottie (Don) Philpot; daughter-in-law, Wanda Toni Born; grandchildren, Chad (Carrie) Philpot, Kelly Born and Phillip (Rachael) Born; great-grandchildren, Ethan Philpot, Rayann Philpot and Sydney Born; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Born; son, Gary Born, granddaughter, Terry Born; and her beloved dog, Missy. Memorial contributions may be made to Redeemer Church or Shriners Burns Hospital. Mary Ann's family thanks everyone for their love, prayers and concern.
